Cancellations
For cancellations more than 30 days before the event, we will refund 50% of the price. For cancellations within 30 days of the event, no refunds will be made.
You may transfer your booking to another person, but must let us know at least two weeks in advance so that we can arrange for the new attendee to complete a registration form.
If you are unable to attend the event you have booked for, just like any other theatre, venue or event, we are unfortunately unable to transfer your booking to other dates or other events.
In the unlikely event that Make it Wild have to cancel the event, you will be given the option of moving your booking to another event, or a full refund.

Risk Assessments, Insurance
We complete a detailed Risk Assessment for all our activities. All external facilitators also do their own Risk Assessment.
We hold Public Liability Insurance to a value of £5m.
