In March 2025 we completed on the purchase of a beautiful site of 79 acres, adjoining Brimham Rocks. This site is under the joint ownership of Make it Wild and Foundation IT.
We are delighted to become custodians of this lovely area, which includes ancient woodland, a stream, and grassland.
Habitat and bird surveys will be completed in summer 2025. Following this important phase of information gathering, we will consider the best way to support nature in this gorgeous spot.
We will certainly look after the ancient woodland, and may well plant more native trees and develop some wetland habitat.
