Everyone loves planting trees!

Join us at one of our sites for a Team Tree Planting Day. This is great for corporate away-day, or any group wanting to make a difference.

Bring your team for a day having fun and getting to know each other in the fresh air, while working to help the planet. We know from experience, how important trees and woodland are to helping biodiversity. And we also know how great the experience of planting them is for a team!

Join us during the tree-planting season, choose a date from those available below.

In the Summer months, we offer Conservation Days which are another great way to work in nature with your team.

On the day: We will give a short safety briefing, followed by a little lesson on tree planting. Our team will be on hand to help throughout the day. We will provide the necessary tools, but if you have your own which you prefer to use, that’s fine.

Timings:  10 am to 3 pm.

All dates for the planting season winter 24/25 are now booked.

How about a team conservation day instead?

Location: one of our sites in North Yorkshire, to be confirmed nearer the time (likely to be Nidderdale,  Green Hammerton or Wensleydale)

What your group should bring:

• Enthusiasm!
• Suitable clothing for being outside all day – warm layers and waterproofs
• Sturdy gloves, boots and woolly hat are strongly recommended
• Water, flask, food and snacks for the day

Participant Numbers: Your payment of £600 (plus VAT) secures the date and pays for up to ten participants. If your group is larger than that, please let us know in the ‘Notes’ section at checkout. You can confirm how many people will be attending, closer to your chosen tree-planting date. Any attendees over ten will be charged at £60 each (plus VAT). The maximum number of participants is 25.

Booking: On completing your purchase, you will receive an email by return which confirms your purchase, and secures the date. There is no need to print this. Please let us know if you would like a VAT receipt. We will be in touch with further arrangements for your planting day soon!
