Designed by ecologists, our bat boxes provide the ideal sanctuary for these nocturnal wonders. They offer a safe refuge for bats to roost, and maybe even to hibernate and raise their young. How to Sponsor a Bat Box
Locations available
We have Bat Boxes available for sponsorship at the following locations:
Bank Woods. The Bat Boxes here are located at the edge of the ancient woodland, and also incorporated into the structure of our new barn.
Dowgill Grange. We have done a refurbishment of the historic field barn, to prevent it becoming completely derelict. Bat Boxes were installed on and around the barn, during winter 2023/24.
Sylvan. We have two large ‘rocket box’ type Bat Boxes which provide roosts for large numbers of bats.
Rowan Tree Farm, in the Peak District has several bat boxes, put up during autumn 2023.
Covenhope, in Norfolk has a range of bat boxes, installed late 2023.
