This is introductory workshop and practical experience will provide participants with an insight into how a digital camera works, how to set your camera up for wildlife photography and the equipment required should you decide to delve deeper into this interesting and rewarding activity.
Participants will enjoy exclusive access to Bank Woods, Summerbridge, Nidderdale. We have ancient woodlands, wildflower meadows, babbling brooks, miles of dry stone walls, and even a photogenic herd of Belted Galloway cattle. You can read more information and directions here. We frequently see many different birds and animals, and you will have plenty of subjects to choose from.
The objective is to help you capture images of our wonderful wildlife and to have fun!
The course is on Saturday 19th September 2020.
We will ensure current pandemic restrictions are met – the group will be limited to 5 participants plus the facilitator; we will comply with social distancing; no tools or equipment will be shared; we will provide hand sanitiser. Please do not attend if you feel unwell.
