Make it Wild’s new Reiki Retreat …. Would you like to spend a weekend in our beautiful eco-friendly holiday cottage, Heather Lea, while being guided in some deeply relaxing and restorative meditative practice in our idyllic ancient woodland, Bank Woods?

Catering: Delicious vegan food included: breakfasts Saturday and Sunday, lunch and dinner on Saturday. On Friday night you are free to eat out, or enjoy using the well equipped kitchen at Heather Lea.

Ideal for: a group of up to 8 friends or family; colleagues or cousins; a hen-do or pre-baby treat with a difference!

• Friday evening – arrival – dinner – introductions and orientation
• Saturday – Breakfast – Forest Bathing – Outdoor Meditation – light lunch – individual Reiki sessions outside or in our Shepherd’s Hut – guided meditation walk in the woodland – dinner
• Sunday – breakfast – check out – opportunity for self guided outdoor meditation
• the detailed programme will be designed around the requirements of your group
